O Lord rAmachandra! the One who chose to inhabit the forest, the One whose mouth is like a moon, please protect my mouth.
O Lord! the One who destroyed khara, dUshana and their armies, the One whose neck is like a conch, please protect my neck.

O Lord rAma! the One who has pleasing and extremely long hands, the One who hunted the asura mArIcha who came in the form of a deer, the One who has his hands decorated with bracelets and armlets, the One whose fingers are opulent with great rings, the One who gave up (separated from) the seeta-kruti.
(such a Lord rAma, please protect my hands).

O Lord rAma! the One who gave the privilege of being carried on the shoulders, in a festive manner, to sri hanumanta, please protect the two shoulders of mine
O Lord! the One who made friendship with the vanara leader sugreeva, the One who has a great garland and the kaustubha jewel near the base of His throat (please protect my throat).
