  1. Hello Hari-avare,

    Hare Shreenivasa!

Keep up the great work! I think you are doing yeoman’s service to the Madhva community. I had stumbled upon your website a while back while searching for some mantras but again today, while looking for some mantra lyrics to start and maintain a blog myself, focused on some key mantras for daily parayane.

I myself originally hail from Udupi, although much for the same reasons bear a different surname – should have been Bhat as well, and have most recently awakened to the wonderful world of our very own spirituality, as preached by Shrimad Madhwacharya and reiterated by the countless saints to come after him. My dad’s home was located in Kunjarugiri, in very close proximity to Madhwacharya’s birth place of Pajakakshetra and my mother hails from Volakkadu, near Udupi.

I work in the IT space as well but currently am settled in the US 😦 Hopefully, God-willing, we will move back to India, and settle down somewhere in close proximity to Udupi, sooner than later!

Again, keep up the excellent work. And may God shower his choicest blessings on you!

    Best Regards,
    Srikrishna

  2. Namaskara Hariprasad,

I visited your website and the ToTN project only today. It is really a great work. I wish to be part of this work. Is there any way I can contribute to this work? I am closely related to Puttige(near Moodabidri) Mahatobhara Sri Somanatheshwara temple. I can provide all the info as per your template and more. Also I know people who are closely related to Katapady Vishnumurthy temple, Muchur Durgaparameshwari temple, Nandikur Durgaparameshwari temple. I can provide same info about these temples as well. Please do let me know.

Please look at the blog I just started creating with info on some of the temples I know.

    Best regards,

    1. Namaskara Shreeram,

Sorry for the late reply. I have been inefficient of late in replying to comments.

Puttige is my mother’s village 🙂 So it was very much there on my radar. If you could provide some photos and also some material, it would be a great help. You can refer to any current article to know what kind of details would be required. They are very minimal of course. Please feel free to send me any amount of detail.

And it would be absolutely great if you can cover more temples. Katapady and Nandikur are more than welcome. I have already covered Muchur as it is close to my home town Nellitheertha.

Thanks so much for your offer.

      Regards, Hari

  3. How do I share the photos and information with you? Feel free to email me separately. I am very new to blogging. I don’t know yet how exactly this works

    Regards,
    Shreeram

  4. Dear Hariprasad,

I was astounded by the amount of information your blog has on our dear Tulu Nadu. I hail from Karinje although I have not been there in quite some time and was very pleased to know you have the Karinje temple on your list. If there is anyway, I could help you add this bit of information, please let me know and I’ll be glad to be of assistance.

    Regards,
    Lakshmi
