O Lord rAma! the One who destroyed the asuras residing in the palm trees, the One who has a great chest, please protect my chest.

O Lord! the One who broke the limb of vAli, the One who has glittering and thin mid region (abdomen), please protect my abdomen.

O Lord rAma! the King of the Universe who slept on the mat made of darbha, the One who has three fine folds of skin (on the abdomen), please protect my skin.

O Lord! the One who made a bridge on the great ocean, the One who has a lean abdomen, please protect my abdomen.
