I found a beautiful website today that captures the essence of Tattvavada. Specifically, I liked one set of statements there which kind of answers a question that was lingering in my mind for a while now.
“Though Brahman can do very well without pra krti or purusa (Dependent
Realities), it prefers, in its infinite glory and inexorable will, ‘to
do with them’. Such dependence (apeksa) of Brahman on things which are
in themselves dependent on It, is no mark of inferiority or limitation”
(emphasis and italics mine).
